The Lea Land Surface Waste Management Facility is specifically designed to address potential environmental, public health, safety, and aesthetic concerns. Potential environmental impacts are limited by strategic waste screening, operational techniques, and facility engineering design.  Lea Land LLC is a zero-discharge facility as designated by the US EPA.
